An area of land was identified adjacent to a waste water
pump house essential for the client to retain. The adjacent
land, which measured 328m² (0.08 acres) comprised of
scrubland with no real purpose. The lot was identified as
part of Bradleys portfolio analysis, which is ongoing with
this particular client. It was analysed for planning potential,
subdivision or change of use. The land came to auction with
Bradleys, together with 39 other similar lots, with this lot
selling for £16,200 equivalent to £202,000 per acre.
