This allows you to budget on an ongoing basis without for example, being charged extra for an inspection; a weekend check-in or maybe even a maintenance charge on works undertaken at your property. OUR MARKETING We want to make your property stand out from the competition and by doing so add further demand and value. We will produce a full set of particulars for your property to include multiple photographs and a colour floor plan. The particulars will be available via the two largest portal websites being Rightmove and Zoopla in addition to our own award- winning website. Our offices will feature a dedicated lettings display and will contact local businesses, organisations and relocation companies that are requiring accommodation in the area.
